- Final Sale: All purchases for architectural drawings, custom engineering plans, and design packages are final.
- No Refunds Post-Purchase: Due to the custom, downloadable, and proprietary nature of digital design files and consulting services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order or initial deposit is placed.
- Mandatory Service Contract: Every project engagement requires a signed, formal agreement prior to starting. Work will not commence under any circumstances without an executed contract on file.
Contract Execution & Access
- Distribution: Binding contracts are issued directly to all clients, dealers, and project partners following purchase.
- Self-Service Access: Copies of our standard service agreements and terms are also accessible for download and execution via the Resources page on our website.
- Project Initiation: Final drawing production, engineering reviews, and design consulting begin only after the formal agreement has been fully signed and returned.
Payment & Service Charges
- Service Fees & Processing Charges: All online transactions, credit card payments, or custom invoicing arrangements may be subject to processing, administrative, or payment gateway service fees.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any applicable service charges, processing fees, or initial deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed.
Policy Details
- Digital & Intellectual Property: Custom architectural layouts and structural engineering documents represent single-use, proprietary deliverables. Services are considered fully rendered upon initiation of drafting or file generation.
- Scope & Design Revisions: Changes, modifications, or additions to the drawings following initial approval are governed strictly by the revision terms set out in your signed contract.
- Pre-Execution Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel prior to executing the required contract or before design work begins, any payment processing fees or standard retainers will remain non-refundable.
